Aim
The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health course is
designed to give students a basic understanding of the principles of food
hygiene in the workplace.
Objectives
On completion of the course students will be able
to:

Undertake basic food hygiene operations in the workplace

Have an understanding of food hygiene
legislation

Be able to implement food hygiene measures
Successful students will be awarded the CIEH nationally
recognised certificate in Health and Safety. |
