The Assessor awards replace the old ‘D’ awards in the
7281 series and the Verifier awards replace the old ‘C’
awards.
The V and A awards at level 3 look at the competences which
involve the application of knowledge and skills in a broad range of varied work
activities performed in a variety of contexts, most of which are complex and
non-routine. There is considerable responsibility and autonomy, and control or
guidance of others is often required.
These awards are designed for those persons who wish to obtain
a qualification in training and / or assessing. The awards may be taken
individually or as a group of awards.
